There is no reason too small to reach out to an IBCLC. We offer both in-home and virtual appointments through our HIPAA-compliant software. In-home visits may be subject to an additional travel charge depending on proximity to core area.
At this point in time, Memorial Breastfeeding, LLC is in-network with Cigna. We also accept self-pay and can offer a super bill. We are working to extend our insurance network in 2026. To check eligibility through Cigna, click here.
Prenatal Visit
In-home or virtual, lets meet to discuss what to expect in the early days and beyond. Estimate 60 minutes.
$100 in-home* / $75 virtual
Initial Postpartum Visit
In-home this visit will include a weighted feed, assessment of baby’s latch and position, review of your history and discussion of any concerns you have. Virtual appointments will exclude the weighted feed. Estimate 90-180 minutes.
$150 in-home* / $100 virtual
Follow up visit
This visit will typically include a weighted feed, assessment of baby’s latch and position and review of progress from the previous session. Virtual appointments will exclude the weighted feed. Estimate 60 minutes.
$125 in-home* / $75 virtual
Twins Initial Postpartum visit
This visit will include weighted feeds, assessment of babies’ latch and position, review of your history and discussion of any concerns you have. Virtual appointments will exclude the weighted feed. Estimate 90-180 minutes to allow time for both babies to feed.
$175 in-home* / $125 virtual
focused specialty visit
This visit is designed to focus on a specific concern such as returning to work, breast pump use, bottle feeding, bottle refusal, milk supply, weaning and more. This visit is similar to a follow up visit. Please book an initial postpartum appointment first.
$125 in-home* / $75 virtual
twins follow up
This visit will typically include weighted feeds, assessment of babies’ latch and position and review of progress from the previous session. Virtual appointments will exclude the weighted feed. Estimate 90 minutes.
$150 in-home* / $100 virtual
nursing well check
This is a quick visit for a weighted feed and assessment of positioning and latch. If additional support is needed beyond this scope, you will be asked to book a longer session. Estimated time 30-45 minutes.
$75 in-home
